Reconnect switch for underfloor heating , already in situ just needs to be reconnected. Also replace bulb on kitchen extractor fan and tighten loose wiring

Looking for an experienced tiler/waterproofer for a bathroom renovation in Sydney. Approximate scope: - Wall tiles: ~26 m² - Floor tiles: ~5 m² - 2x wall niches - 2x floor wastes - Screeding / floor prep with correct falls to wastes - Installation of supplied under-tile heating mat/cable - Waterproofing - Tiling - Grouting and silicone Tiles, wastes, and under-tile heating mat/cable will be supplied. No need for mitre joints, regular corner joints are fine. Please quote for labour and tiling-related materials, including adhesive, grout, trims/sundries, waterproofing materials, silicone, and any required floor/wall prep. Please clearly confirm whether your quote includes: - Screeding / floor preparation - Correct falls to both floor wastes - Waterproofing - Installation of supplied under-tile heating mat/cable - Tiling around 2 wall niches - Set-out suitable for later frameless shower screen installation - Grouting and silicone - All tiling-related materials, excluding tiles and heating mat/cable Waterproofing needs to be done properly to AS 3740. The bathroom will have a frameless shower screen installed later, so tile set-out, wall finish, falls and shower area detailing need to suit clean installation. Shower screen supply/install is excluded unless you specifically quote for it. Electrical connection for the heated flooring will be handled separately by an electrician if required. Looking to update our heated floor control panel - it is a speed heat model as per attached photo If it can't be updated - the would be looking to program it or get instructions of how to program it to a specific time of day

New Underfloor heat mat damaged in 5 places. Needs to have joints and repair patches in these areas. Clear floor space to work in, need it sorted before screed.

There is a bad odour from our underfloor heating (2 foil ducts see pics). Job is straightforward - we need someone to go under the house (good access) to see if there's a hole or tear in one of the 2 air ducts, to try and ID the source of the smell, then if possible remove the source, clean the affected area and patch the relevant ducting.

We need a floor heating specialist to check whether this current floor heating system is working.

will accept any reasonable offer price. We have 2 separate control of underfloor heating, one in living room and one in master bedroom. The one in living room was working last year, but this year the thermostat is not working anymore. The one in bedroom is not working since we moved in 2 years ago. But I think it’s the same issue that the thermostats is not working. It seems an old version thermostats, so wish If someone who has experience could check and confirm the underfloor heating is still working and then replace the thermostats for both so it can work. FYI: we have concrete floor for heating area.

Hi, We are laying comfort heat tomorrow. First floors are being painted today and then the comfort heat being laid tomorrow. This product is as per the imagine shown. We’re looking for someone to install underfloor heating (we have it / have the materials), but it needs to be laid and a cement floor needs to go on top. Additionally, the walls are not straight, so that needs fixing (could be with the cement too) The bathroom is quite small, approx 10-12sqm

Looking to add floor heating to an apartment where possible, with existing timber floor and carpets, bathrooms with tiles. Total area around 85sqm. The apartment is quite new, so I need a capable person to do the job!

We have underfloor heating. The actual LED on the wall works fine, however the physical button seems to be stuck. So the underfloor heating doesn't actually turn on. Just need to unstick the on button, so that it will fire up our underfloor heating. Thank you
