I have Vinyl non adhesive planks that I need layed on top of 5mm plywood (installer to supply) There are 2 bedrooms, Entry, Small Hallway, Dining, Lounge and small stairwell. There is an 8mm discrepancy in floor levels which is compliant with building code. I would like quoter to view the area rather than quote from home. I have supplied a photo of vinyl plank.
