Requirements: * Loose-lay/removable installation suitable for a rental property. * No permanent glue, adhesive or fixings. * Existing flooring must remain completely undamaged and in its original condition. * Minimal joins and a clean, professional finish. * If tape or adhesive is required, it must be specifically designed for clean, residue-free removal. * Please advise on the safest installation method before starting. Please include: * Your experience with removable/loose-lay vinyl installations. * Recommended installation method and whether any adhesive/tape is required. * How the flooring can be safely removed at the end of the lease. * Labour cost and estimated installation time. * Whether you supply the vinyl or can install customer-supplied material. The water damage was caused by a leaking fridge and a robotic mop. Both issues have now been resolved. Scope of works: - Remove and replace approximately 2–4 damaged bamboo floorboards. - We have the original matching spare floorboards available, so no flooring materials need to be supplied. - Ensure the replacement boards are installed neatly and blend with the existing floor.
