Carpenter or handyman needed to cut into original timber floorboards to allow access for engineer to view the subfloor.

Floor boards require sanding and sealing. There is quite a bit of variation in the floor currently, we do not expect a perfect outcome just a bit more consistency and brightness. We plan to re-do the flooring in 2 years so this is a semi-temporary fix. The area that requires sanding is 67sqm. There are two bedrooms, one living room and the corridor. I would like this job completed between the 11-15 June.

We have existing Aquatuff hybrid floors installed; however, we need to fix the gaps around new cabinets in the kitchen area. This will be needed for the dishwasher area, and around the bottom of the new cabinets (see photos for details). Total area of gaps is <1sqm. Total area overall is <6sqm. Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. I didn’t need new boards in the bedrooms. Now… I can feel a floor board is broken in another area. Hoping the carpet can be lifted and the area fixed.
