Have approx 10m2 of hard wood flooring glued to the concrete floor. Need removed. With the right tools shouldn’t take longer than a couple of hours.

Kitchen island was removed, now need matching hard wood floor sourced and installed with existing impacted (cut) boards removed. The impacted area is circa 1.2m by 0.5m, but surrounding boards need to be replaced.

We have a hardwood floor which is nailed to an underfloor system made up of f5 pine 70×35 studs, fixed to concrete slab. We have around 5 points on the floor where the boards are squeaking and we need them repaired so the squeak is gone. We will only hire someone who has experience with this specific work before.

Replace carpet in three small bedrooms upstairs in our recently rennovated house. We have solid timber blackbutt (14mm x 85mm) to install, sand and polish. There was a urine stain from a dog on our floor. We removed it using hydrogen peroxide but have stripped the stain on the area. We would need someone to match the floor stain. Sanding back the entire floor is not really a practical option
