I installed engineered floorboards in 2 bedrooms and living room ( hallway and 3rd bedroom are tiled). Prior to starting i removed all skirting in the 3 bedrooms, hallway and living room and the kitchen area. I have new 90mm square skirting ready to be installed and would of had them installed if i hadnt picked up an injury playing sport. I need the boards installed using mitre cuts/scribed and fixed to walls with glue/nail gun. I Don’t need them painted but they will need the gaps filled with caulking. The house isnt that big so the job is pretty straight forward without any obstacles that make it challenging. As mentioned i would of installed them myself ( i installed the floorboards ) but the mr’s wants the place finsihed so she can start moving new furniture into place. Pics can be provided if anyone wants to have a look. I work nightshift 12hr shifts so would prefer the job done when im not on shift so a wed,thur or fri would suit my schedule.

I need skirting boards installed in 5 rooms. They have already been removed. Roughly under 60 lineal meters of skirting boards across 5 rooms. I've supplied a floor plan and the ones highlighted in red are the ones that need to be installed. I have the original boards for the ground floor bedrooms but only half for upstairs. I need someone to supply and install skirting boards in all the rooms on the ground level of my house besides the wet areas and kitchen. There's a living room, dining, hallway and entrance with timber floors and a master bedroom and study which is going to have carpet laid. There's 3 small steps too. You could start on Wednesday 4 June after the painters have left. I would like bedroom and study done before 9 June when carpet goes in but the rest can be done after that.
