Need skirting boards installed into 4 rooms in a unit in altona. Labor only

The skirting board are rotten and need replacement. Also the wall behind skirting board also needs replacement as well.

The floor in the bedroom has dropped slightly resulting in cracks in the wall below the window. These cracks need to be fixed. See photos. Also, the skirting boards in the living room and bedroom need to be removed and lowered slightly to eliminate the gap between the walls and the floorboards. There is approximately 8 metres of skirting boards that need to be fixed. See photos. The property was underpinned 10 years ago and no more movement has occurred. Will split job into 2 tasks if needed.

We are purchasing a house, settling in Feb. On settlement, the house will be painted and new floor coverings are going in: hybrid on the ground floor and carpet on the stairs and first floor. All tiled areas will remain. I would like to replace all of the skirting boards throughout the house (existing will be removed by painters): I have roughly calculated at 160m. Note there are two curved walls bounding a stair and 4 x columns on the ground floor. We are proposing 135mm high SK23 from intrim moulding. You can over time there has been water slowly leaking in and rotting this piece of wood that is now peeling away. Need this taken off and replaced. Probably needs sealing better to avoid this happening again, but open to suggestions on the solution. - Due date: Flexible

2 bathrooms require grouting of the bathroom (floor and wall as required), caulking. I need the skirting boards in the pic fixed as well. There is some mould like thing on the existing skirting boards. Let me know what could be done. Include what you could do and experience. Earlier the better.
