I am seeking a person able help me to sand and polishing the entire house floor. The photo is the kitchen only. Need to remove it back to timber look matching with all other places in the house. Entire house is about 70 m2 and the kitchen is about 15 m2. All up approximately 85 m2.

We're looking for someone to help us with our renovation of our first home by taking care of the floor sanding and polishing. We will remove the existing carpet before you start work. We're flexible on timing of job. The area is 33m2 in total. It's a hallway, entry and lounge room. Our house is in Tarragindi, Brisbane. Here is what we'd like to be quoted on 1. Smooth edge removal + there are some extra nails next to the Smooth edge all the way around that have been hammered in from a previous carpet installation. Can provide photos 2.
