Find a local floor sanding profesional in South Brisbane

I am looking for a reliable, affordable and attention to detail person to sand my front stair treads which consist of 14 treads and two small landings plus 4 rear stairs which are 6.8metres in length. Must have own equipment. I can stain them but a bonus if you can do it( have the Cabot’s aquadecking for the staining)

There are 2 rooms and a small connecting space that need a mild sand and recoat. The floors are in pretty good condition but had carpet over and have some dropped paint on them. There are also floor access point with some sealant around them that need cleaning up. The rooms are about 4x4m & 4x3m. Quotes from professional floor sanders only please.
