Polish timber floor in hallway and 3 rooms

Our metal support post from our bed was bent without realising and has scratched four of the floorboards. The scratches are not incredibly deep, but probably a touch more than surface level. The surface area of all scratches would total around 430mm x 280mm. All floorboards run to the wall of the bedroom. I have attached a couple of images of the scratches just for reference. We are not after a 100% perfect colour match (close enough is ok for this job). If possible, we'd be happy with a small sand, fill, colour match and seal job, but happy to listen to any potential solutions. Please note - budget for this job is flexible (not $1234) and happy to be guided by offers.

Need original hardwood flooring sanded and polished. 15 squared metres was under vinyl so it has some residue glue on top, plus 23 squared metres is already polished and good but would probably benefit from light sanding and polish at same time to match colour (they are next to each other). Total floor space is 38 squared metres. Current polish is polyurethane Matt finish.

I have 3 planks in my timber deck that have started rotting and need replacing. They are 85x19mm spotted gum timber planks. The 3 planks measure approx 1620mm, 1670mm and 2080mm Job will be to remove old planks and install new ones then a coat of decking oil. Including supply of new planks and all fasteners/hardware and BYO tools. I have some leftover decking oil to use.

We have bought an old Queenslander & when we ripped up the old carpet to sand and polish the timber floorboards we came across the surprise around the front door. There is 5sqm of chipboard which had been laid. (Maybe there was tiles laid here in the past) We're looking to replace the chipboard with timber floorboards to tie it in and look seamless. I have purchased the matching timber boards already. We had the rest of the floor sanded & polished and the floor guys will be able to come back out once repairs have been done and will be able to sand & polish the new areas if needed.
