Fix gaps on laminate flooring

I have some commercial vinyl that is starting to lift in two high traffic areas. Needs to be patched or replaced and sealed. Strips joining some commercial vinyl and an area of polished concrete also. We’d to be replaced.

• Repair metal decking surround that has come loose again. Looking for a more secure, longer-lasting solution. • Replace a short section of guttering on one side of the house (photo will be provided). We recently had our wooden floor boards resanded and sealed. There are several small areas where it appears something was dripped/spilt onto the floorboards but no one seems to know who or what caused the damage!! Need someone who knows about floorboards so we don’t end up with more damage.

The timber floor next to my bathroom is lifted a bit and crowned. I am seeking a repair service which including timber floor cutting and re-position them.
