I need an economical bathroom refresh/renovation in Medina, WA, for a rental property. Photos attached. O4s1s19991 p-h The bathroom is quite old and needs to be made clean, modern and tenant-ready. I would prefer to keep the existing bath, window, layout and plumbing locations rather than doing a full demolition/rebuild. Potential work includes repairing damaged wall surfaces, painting, regrouting, replacing silicone, checking for water damage/waterproofing issues, bath resurfacing if suitable, updating taps/shower fittings, replacing the mirror, improving storage/vanity, replacing towel rail/accessories and general finishing/clean-up. I am specifically looking for a cost-effective solution rather than an expensive full renovation. Please inspect the photos and let me know what you recommend. If there are waterproofing or plumbing issues, please identify them before proceeding. Any regulated plumbing work must be done by an appropriately licensed plumber. Need someone (a licensed plumber if possible) to do a simple bathroom renovation. The first phase will be to safely remove a sliding shower door, sink and mirror and dispose of them. Tiling restoration will then be done by another tradie. The second phase (after the tiling restoration is done over 4 days) will be to install a new sink, vanity and mirror, reconnect taps, install new shower fixtures and (possibly) install a new shower glass.
