The Job Involves: Removing and disposing of the broken, rotted timber decking boards (as seen in the photos). Inspecting the sub-frame/joists underneath the collapsed section and replacing any rotted supports. Installing sturdy, new timber decking boards to match the height and width of the existing path so it is level and completely safe to walk on again.

Hi I have got a section of floorboard that has got damaged due to scratch by heavy object. Need to repair it - sanding, stain and polish. The repair is limited to Single or couple of floorboards

We have some holes in our flooring following removal of a large heating unit. Need someone to repair the 3 holes (2 are 2.5cm diameter, 1 is irregular shape with 7cm being the widest). Also there's a second area in the house where we can physically press down along 4 planks which is not able to take a load or walk on. Refer to photos for reference.

I have some damage on my bedroom floor that needs repaired before my bond is returned. The real estate agent has described it as a deep gouge with scratches, however it is only on one panel of flooring. Will need colour matched too. Material is floating timber floor. Fix damaged area on wooded floor

I have a 2-in-1 job that I need help with. I have a section of laminate flooring in my living room that has swelled and cracked due to water damage from under the boards. The water appears to be leaking in from the window frame area, however it's difficult to be sure. The window outside appears to have several gaps where water may be entering from. The job would be to first find and patch the leaky area, then make sure it's sealed properly (we've had this issue before). After we're confident the leak is gone, we would need to replace a 1.5m x 1.5m section of the laminate flooring, and replace it with panels that match the existing color as closely as possible (it's fine if it's not exact, but we want it to be as close as possible). We'd want a handyman who has done work like this before so we can be confident that we will fix the problem once and for all.

Need an experienced carpenter to repair and rebuild sections of my backyard composite decking. Quote needs to include the materials needed. 1. Refasten / reinstall fallen decking boards - Some deck boards along the edge have come loose / fallen and need to be put back properly so it is secure back into position. The boards need to be fixed neatly and firmly so they sit level with the rest of the deck. 2. Rebuild one small deck step - One small setp section needs to be rebuild and reinstalled properly. The current step sinks down, so I want this step to be safe and stable. 3. Remove and rebuild the stairs - Remove the existing timble stiar framing as shown in the photo. Rebuild the stair using 2 x stair stringers with concrete landing at the last step. Cut decking boards to size and install them neatly in fixed position. I want a clean finish and would perfer concealed fixings.

I have two areas that are damaged to burn marks! Looking for a repair of these marks or I’m considering purchasing the vinyl and relaying…
