I have an older high lift hydrolic floor jack. It no longer holds pressure and leaks. Pretty certain it needs new o rings. I have hydraulic fluid just not sure how to work this one as she is pretty old and dont know any other details besides what is in the photo. Looking for an experienced flooring installer to assess and repair a torn/damaged section of sheet vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I don’t have any spare matching vinyl. Ideally, I’d like the damaged section repaired or patched if possible, potentially using a piece from a hidden area such as underneath the fridge/dishwasher or I would like a quote to replace the sheet vinyl flooring with new flooring if repairing it isn’t practical or cost-effective. Looking for the most affordable option while still achieving a neat finish.

On leaving a convector fire there was a small scorch mark on the laminate floor flooring. Some has come off but. Just wanting to know if anyone knows how to repair it. Also flexible with the repair price.

Looking for someone to repair sections of my original wood parquetry floor following a recent kitchen renovation. There are several gaps where flooring was removed. There is matching parquetry beneath the kitchen island that can be lifted and used to patch these areas. The island has not been fixed to the floor, so there is access to the timber underneath. This isn't a simple pull up and replace job. Some of the gaps don't align neatly with the existing parquetry pattern, so the repair will require some careful planning, cutting and fitting to achieve the best possible finish. The job involves: - Lifting matching wood parquetry from beneath the island. - Repairing the gaps using the salvaged timber. - Cutting and fitting pieces where required to match the existing pattern. - Leaving the repaired areas neat and level. I understand the repair may not be completely invisible. My priority is achieving a tidy, durable repair that blends well with the existing floor using the original timber.
