Looking for an experienced installer to complete flooring at my cafe. The premises are approximately 102 m² overall; exact flooring areas can be confirmed from plans/site measurements. WORK REQUIRED - Commercial epoxy/resin in the kitchen, staff area behind the coffee counter, and exposed floor beneath the counter/equipment, including around the coffee machine and hand basin. - Laminate flooring in the dining/customer area, including underlay, trims and transitions. - Suitable floor preparation, edge finishing, sealed junctions/coving as required, and clean-up. Epoxy must be slip-resistant, impervious and easy to clean. Laminate must suit commercial cafe use. Please identify any major repairs or levelling before the work is agreed. MATERIALS We will go together to select and purchase the laminate and epoxy/resin, and I will pay for these separately. Please advise on products and quantities. Any additional materials or consumables, such as underlay, trims, primer or sealant, must be identified and agreed before purchase. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT You must provide ALL tools, machinery and equipment needed, including floor preparation equipment, cutting and laminate fitting tools, and epoxy mixing/application equipment. Flooring materials are paid separately by me. Please include relevant experience, examples of similar work, earliest availability, estimated duration and curing time. Install laminate flooring

I’m looking for an experienced flooring installer to repair a section of damaged floorboards in my home. A few boards have separated and chipped along the edges, so they may need replacing rather than simply repositioning. I have spare matching floorboards available. Looking for someone who can assess the damage, replace the affected boards where necessary and ensure everything is properly fitted. Located in Doubleview, Perth. Photos attached. I need an experienced flooring installer to relay my existing click-lock flooring after my kitchen renovation. I have plenty of spare boards from the initial install, although some of the existing boards I took up were damaged during removal. I’m hoping there’s enough good flooring to complete the kitchen & pantry and if possible, extend it into the laundry and toilet as well. Both small areas. Have one section of Blackbutt Hybrid Waterproof Flooring that needed to be laid. The current section has split at the connection - tape covering split. Job is removing one section of the flooring, cutting new piece to size and installing the new section. On leaving a convector fire there was a small scorch mark on the laminate floor flooring. Some has come off but. Just wanting to know if anyone knows how to repair it. Also flexible with the repair price.
