Can you please advise the cost and lead time on different flooring options for Flooring the area (2840x3850 and 875mm x 5400mm and 3100mmx2840mm and 685mmx2840mm wardrobe) they are bedrooms and hallway. Also, can you please provide costing and Leadtime on the 2865mmx1893mm toilet area. Options that I think of are Vinyl Flooring, Hybrid Flooring and anyother suitable. that's budget item but also fit for purpose.

Looking for an experienced vinyl flooring installer to lay approximately 50m2 of vinyl planks. The old vinyl flooring has already been removed, the glue has been stripped using Glue Rid, and the floor has been cleaned with turps, so it is essentially prepped and ready to go. I have purchased the new vinyl planks just need someone to lay them. Looking for someone experienced who can install them properly and professionally, with particular attention to the finish and longevity of the flooring. Feather finish sub floor prep is preferred. I'm looking for someone experienced with vinyl plank flooring to replace several damaged planks in my home. My partner and I accidentally scratched a number of planks while moving a fridge. I already have the replacement planks, so the job is to remove the damaged planks and install the new ones. The existing planks are glued down and will need to be lifted using a heat gun. A few of the damaged planks are partial/half planks, so the replacement planks will need to be accurately measured and cut to size before installation.
