I am seeking a quote for the supply and installation of hard flooring in my apartment located on Hay Street. The property is a two-bedroom apartment with an approximate internal area of 67 sqm. Currently, carpet is installed in the lounge and both bedrooms. I would like the existing carpet removed and replaced with vinyl/hybrid flooring (government rated for apartments) across these three areas. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor and is easily accessible via lifts, which should facilitate the installation process.
