Looking for someone experienced with timber floor restoration to refresh a small section of flooring in my kitchen/dining area in South Fremantle. Scope includes: Remove black anti-slip adhesive strips from stairs. Remove any remaining glue/adhesive residue. Light sand and refresh a small area of existing timber flooring (approximately shown in photos). Blend repaired area as closely as possible with surrounding floor. Clean up after completion. The floor is an older timber floor with general wear marks and scratches. I'm not looking for a full-house restoration, just a tidy refresh of this small section to improve its appearance.

Sand and stain existing timber floating floor

One of our floorboards has had some irreparable damage done to it and needs replacing. The floorboard itself is probably only 1m in length. We have a number of existing spare boards of variable lengths already polished. We just need someone to extract the damaged board and fit an existing one to size. May need to be cut to size.

Looking for someone experienced in timber deck maintenance to clean, prepare and re-oil our outdoor timber decking in South Perth. The decking surrounds a swimming pool and extends around a spa and outdoor entertaining area. The pool is approximately 9 metres long. I estimate there is around 50 m² of actual timber decking, but this is only an estimate. The attached photos show the areas involved.
