In my daughters bedroom there is some less than quality flooring. We didn’t notice when we purchased the house and over time has become more and become obvious. The floorboards are just laying there unsealed or finished on the end alongside the window ledge. Even just stepping on them at this point forces sand and dead ants out. I am hoping the boards can be lifted and replaced with ants cleared but also willing to lay new boards which I suspect will be the case. If so then of course new boards will be purchased. Not a forever home, will be likely selling in next year or so
