I have a small section of floor in the hallway of my older property on stumps with a few floorboards that creak and shift when stepped on. I need someone to crawl under the house and shore them up from underneath. - I am told there is a decent amount of room under there considering stumps - There is insulation batts that will likely need to be shifted during repair and that must be returned to properly sealing the gap after - I am open to whatever method you think will work but it cannot be visible on the floor above and must be suitable long term.

Currently have a hole in the floor of upstairs unit, previously used for an attic style ladder into the room. Have since taken the ladder out but this hole remains in the floor. Need someone qualified to do framing, joint installation and matched floor board installation, matched with the current floorboards. Lip also will need to be removed. The old dishwasher leaked and has caused a floor board to expand. I think it can be planed and cement nailed back.. can anyone help ? Complex is under major structural repairs and I intend to redo the floors when complete. For now I just need this floorboard level even if it's a bit ugly
