Hi We’re building a fiberglass pool first, then the house will be constructed. The pool shell will already be in the ground during the house construction. So, we’ve been advised to cover it with a plank and board for safety. Builder will build scaffold and people might walk on plank and board as well. The cover needs to be strong enough for that. Is anyone can do this job ??

Current laminate has discoloured so cupboards in kitchen and laundry needs to be re-laminated . Not that many to do as I’m replacing the cupboards above the head so only ground level cupboards needs to be redone.

I’m looking for someone to assist with installing our skirting boards. The house never had them so no removal is required. The boards would go in our three small bedrooms, tv room, living, dining, kitchen area and hallway. Sealing, painting not required. Looking to get this done next Thursday or Saturday - consider this when making an offer. I will provide the boards and can buy nails, glue, however you will need to bring all tools.

Damaged area needing repair for end of lease inspection. Would ideally like floorboards to be repaired (only the damaged sections) but open to "presentable" fixes like putty/pen etc. Whatever makes the most sense. Will pay for floorboards + labour (not sure what it would cost) - probably 1 sqm worth? (in smaller little parts)
