Opening left from wall removal requires a jarrah floor board approx. 1750x115 to be filled in and matched to the rest of the floor boards. Currently just filled with offcuts from other room renovations.

Contine and join new floor boards in a space measuring 132cm x 67cm.

an old 1930 house in midland. A few jarrah floor boards are cracked and need replacement. The temporary fix has failed. Likely 2-3 small sections removing and replacing effected board. Doesn't need varnish etc mainly for saftey

I have a small section of floor in the hallway of my older property on stumps with a few floorboards that creak and shift when stepped on. I need someone to crawl under the house and shore them up from underneath. - I am told there is a decent amount of room under there considering stumps - There is insulation batts that will likely need to be shifted during repair and that must be returned to properly sealing the gap after - I am open to whatever method you think will work but it cannot be visible on the floor above and must be suitable long term.

Hi. I have some secondhand hybrid floorboards I would like to have installed in a back room of my duplex please.

I have a small area needs painting, recently some tiles were removed when we renovated the kitchen. Also some floorboars to be installed as we removed the old kitchen cabinets from there.

I’m needing a couple small floorboards replaced. 100 year old boards.

Placement of 2 jarrah floor boards where we have knocked out a wall. We have the boards ready to be installed. Replacement of jarrah skirting, roughly 2m all up to be reinstalled - we have the skirting.

Water damaged Skirting boards need to be repaired. They are mostly intact so I think the best thing to do is to sand it down, fill with spackfilla and paint. I can provide all materials though if you have an automated sander that would help

Removed a table and the jarah floor boards have been cut into the concrete leaving a gap. I need the floor covered and the jarah wood reseated. I have budgeted $800 for this job based on the previous guy. Including a polish for the room.

Bargeboard and finials repair

Need to replace Jarrah floor boards as previously someone had cut a hole in the floor to place something under the floor. Hole was never used and floor boards are now damaged. Each board is 60 mm wide x 10mm depth. The boards are staggered so they don’t have to be one solid strip nor any specific length as the lengths are all different. Just want current boards removed and hole covered. Not sure what it’s worth to do this, but please feel free to throw your offer as my way :) Thanks!

Need to replace laminated floor boards. A fews boards. I do have spare boards

Supply and install new floorboards. remove existing ones. only need to be installed in 36-38 square meters of floor. Living, bedroom, hallway only needs to be done. Would need to be done around furniture so need someone open to that option.
