Looking for an experienced landscaper/paver for some works in Mount Hawthorn. Demolition and prep: - Pull down and remove a small tin shed and two small wooden gates. - Remove existing ground cover (pebbles and some larger stones) and dispose. - Install one new soakwell, plus some perimeter work around two existing soakwells. - Prep ground: bedding sand, compacted and levelled. Paving and garden bed: -Supply and lay brick paving over approx. 24 sqm. Red brick, lay pattern to continue from the driveway, right through. - Build a brick or limestone garden bed connecting to the new brickwork. If limestone, a thinner limestone block. Fencing: - Supply and install a white steel picket-style fence with a gate, approx. 170cm high (to match the boundary fence) and 210cm wide. - Supply and install a white picket fence-style steel gate, 85cm wide x 170cm high, for the other side of the house, to replace the existing wooden one (see photo).

The brick paving to the side of my house was removed to replace the drain, the plumber could not put the brick paving back, some of them are damaged and need some sand, fairly small job and completing due to a house sale

I need a 3.3mL x 2mW area paved with 200x200x50 pavers. I have the brand new pavers, more than will be required and I have heaps of yellow sand, more than will be required. You will not need to do any cuts, I will cut the overhang with my wet saw, I will cement the edges after you finish. Your job is to supply and install the white sand, supply the compactor, do the compacting, install the yellow sand supplied by me and install the pavers also supplied by me. Greenmount

Hello, I’m looking for a paving contractor for a small driveway extension at a property near Willetton. The job is approximately 18m² and will create an additional parking space of approximately 2.5m x 6m, with a slight 90-degree sweeping curve around the letterbox before joining into the current brick driveway. General excavation and rough levelling have already been completed. I’m looking for the remaining work to include: - Final levelling and preparation. - Supply and installation of the required compacted driveway base and bedding materials. - Laying, cutting and finishing the brick paving. - Joining neatly into the existing driveway, with modification of existing bricks if required. - Removal of any rubble or paving waste generated by the work. I can handle any excess clean soil. - Final compaction and clean-up. The owners are currently trying to source recycled bricks that closely match the existing driveway. Must be able to provide a quote for one of the following two options: 1. Labour, foundation and installation with the bricks supplied by owner. 2. The complete job including sourcing and supplying suitable matching recycled bricks. The area is at the front of the property with easy access for vehicles, trailers and materials. Brick Paving – Approx. 20m² Looking for an experienced brick paver to complete an outdoor area just under 20m². Existing paving is herringbone, and I’d like the new area to continue the same pattern. I will supply the recycled bricks. Job includes preparing, levelling and compacting the base, laying and cutting bricks as required, and ensuring the header/border bricks are properly secured. Small brick paving job 30m2 of brick paving

Paving fix-up job in Darlington. Recycled red brick paving (herringbone) laid last week needs some rework. Around 1 day of work. Jobs to do (marked-up photos attached): 1. Add a one brick border course around the carport posts, and carry it through where the path meets it. 2. Relay 2 edge sections at the front of the lower carport so they curve to match the retaining wall, then concrete haunch the edge. 3. Carport drain grate: extend the 90mm riser pipe so the grate sits flush with the paving. Client has spare pipe. 4. Path drain grate sits 30mm below the bricks. Lift it and pack it up so it's level with the paving. 5. Tidy up the odd patch in the side passage next to the wall. 6. Tidy up one wonky herringbone section. Bricks are recycled and all different sizes, so best effort, not perfect. 7. Raise a small section (about 2m2) so it's level with the brickwork for a future deck. Bricks are on site. Bring your own brick saw, cement and jointing sand. Client will be home all day. Please go through each item with them before you finish and get them to confirm it's done.

I would like a area of about 5/6 metres brick paved

Paving. I need an area 15 m² repaved. Using pavers I have, that have been lifted and cleaned. 9 m long. By 1.6 m wide from the side of a straight wall of house. Paving to be graded down from house to allow for runoff. The edge to be concreted to stop movement. The pavers are for walking on only. Other areas also available to pave at house.

I have approx 25sqm maybe 30sqm of brick Paving to be laid, sand requires compacting before laying.
