We're moving into a home and need the existing wood flooring to be polished, sanded, and treated to look as good as they can before moving in. Ideally settlement will happen on 21st October so if the work can begin right away - this will allow us till end of week when we start to shift into the home. There is roughly 140sqm of space downstairs that needs to be worked on. Check attached floor plan - includes all downstairs room except for Kitchen . Blackbutt timber.
Paul did a fantastic job and is very honest and meticulous with his workmanship. Requires a little bit of follow up to ensure punctuality with timing as he is quite busy. But highly recommend his work as we'll be using him for future jobs.
