Need nails and glue removed from tile floor of one room as old carpet has been removed.

Wanting to replace aged and dirtied carpet floor in apartment (after tenant exits) to refreshed laminate/vinyl floor. Looking for a cost-effective but durable solution. I am overseas at the moment so am only contactable via airtasker. I would like to have the works done before I return from overseas so contractor will be in close contact with my property manager to carry out inspection for quotation and to gain access to the apartment for the days required to perform the works.

I have completed renovating my house, but I have noticed that uneven floorboards are causing a bump in the carpet. I’d like to replace a piece of the hardwood flooring with another piece of timber so it’s level.

The job has to be done in stages, probably over a couple of weeks. This is due to the need to move furniture around the office, whilst carpet and trades are working. Basics of the job: - 2 x storey office with a flight of stairs between these two floors - Need 100m2 of old carpet removed and replaced with carpet tiles. - 55m2 needs fixing and partially refitting. As job has been ok but needs to be completed well. - All new carpet times have been purchased and are on site in office. - Skip bin is outside ready for old carpet - Stairs need to be carpeted with new tiles also. Will probably need to be done on an ad-hoc basis (A few hours at a time perhaps) Please provide either a fixed price quote or an hourly rate (more practical probably) Happy to do a walk around in office too. -

Jobs: - I recently pulled back roughly 15 L/m of carpet away from the smooth edge that needs to be put back into the smooth edge - install 4L/m of smooth edge plus cutting back carpet to but up to wardrobe track - cut out 3 wardrobe carpet inserts Carpet is already in place and ready to go for top two jobs. Carpet is in room that needs wardrobe inserts but they need to be cut to size. The job should only take an hour

The back room of my shop needs carpet tiles laid. I already have the carpet tiles so you will just need the adhesive and something to cut the tiles. The room is around 3.6 x 5.6 meters. The floor is flat so not much prep work apart from cleaning which I can do. I don’t have a great photo of the back room either - Sorry!

Pest Control+ Carpet Cleaning for a one bedroom apartment, in Brisbane City

We have tried multiple cleaners in the past, who can’t seem to lift these particular stains from dog urine. Needing 3 large bedrooms steam cleaned, with heavy duty stain remover. Stain is from dog Urine. And a 4 seater lounge with chaise cleaned with heavy duty stain removal in one corner of the couch. The couch has been cleaned multiple times but can never lift the stain fully.

Need someone to replace 3 small burn marks on carpet (spare carpet can be used from wardrobe). They are the size of a small curling wand. Really need it done tomorrow before 2pm as it’s for end of lease repairs :))

Red wine was spilt on the carpet. It’s an old stain. Most of the colour has been removed, it’s just a light stain that needs to be to go.
