I will take the carpet and waste to Brisbane City Council. The contractor must provide details of their public liability insurance as required by the body corporate. The contractor will remove the carpet and install the laminate flooring, underlay, and Scotia. Furniture needs to be moved. The area to be replaced is the brown area in the image.

Door height needs adjustment after new carpet install - 2 doors

Carpet ruined by flatmate whilst I’ve been away, bond in my name + wanting a good rep with real estate. Carpet was old and dodgy and rippled when we moved in but two indoors dogs have destroyed it completely. Two bedrooms and a tiny hallway.
