Ripped carpet need it fixed all different rooms

My carpet tiles are wet and need to be removed. Only half the room. Also need to move my tv and cabinet to get the wet carpet tiles from under it then move them back.

My cat has torn up my carpet (the first set of photos) and I've dropped an iron (the 2nd set of photos) on my rental's carpet. The landlord is aware - we just need to fix it up. Anyone know how to fix / do patchwork on the carpet? I put $300 as the budget - but I'm really not sure what this should cost. I'm not confident there's a spare roll lying around anywhere either sadly.
