I will take the carpet and waste to Brisbane City Council. The contractor must provide details of their public liability insurance as required by the body corporate. The contractor will remove the carpet and install the laminate flooring, underlay, and Scotia. Furniture needs to be moved. The area to be replaced is the brown area in the image.

Door height needs adjustment after new carpet install - 2 doors

Replace 3 sections of decking boards. 2 have been removed. Spare boards and nails supplied. Job: remove one more section of decking boards. Replace with boards supplied but needs to be cut to the exact length.

Carpet ruined by flatmate whilst I’ve been away, bond in my name + wanting a good rep with real estate. Must be able to pick up and take off site to use own drop saw with a very sharp blade - these need to be professional and even.
