Find an experienced flooring expert in Clayfield

Looking for a carpenter, deck builder or handyman to build a small low-level deck in a hole next to my pool approx 2x2m, see blue square in photo. The deck top should sit flush with the pool coping. The hole has pool plumbing running through it, so my assumption is for the deck to sit on concrete blocks or adjustable pedestals placed between the pipes, with no digging or concreting. One side backs onto a retaining wall. The sides won’t be visible, so only the top needs a nice finish. Please include a removable panel for access to the plumbing. Rubble needs to be cleared first. Photos attached. Please supply and include in your quote all labour and materials, and say what timber or composite you’d use.

Sand back and remove the existing navy paint from the timber deck, then apply a stain/oil. Nails will already be punched. I can provide the stain/oil, but you’ll need to supply all equipment required for sanding, prep and application.

I need an experienced person to sand and refinish an existing external timber deck. The total deck area is approximately 16.3 m², made up of two sections: 2.7 m × 1.5 m • 3.15 m × 3.9 m The job is to sand the existing decking properly, prepare it for recoating, and apply a suitable exterior decking oil/stain to achieve an even, professional finish. I am ready to get the job done now. Please only respond if you have experience sanding and refinishing timber decks. Please include in your offer: your availability, what materials/decking oil are included, what product you recommend, how long the job will take, photos of similar deck work if available, your availability.
