I have two floorboards in my living room that need urgent replacing today or tomorrow (14th or 15th August). Looking for a carpenter or skilled handyman to safely remove & replace.

Sand floors 3 bedrooms, hallway and living room. Around 67m2 total space. Floor has been prepped, only the sanding required. You’ll need to have your own equipment. Ideally completed tomorrow or Tuesday, but I will welcome quotes for future dates.

We need the poles/frames/rails and fascia pre undercoat oil and then painted instead of it just being stained timber. The sun is too harsh and painting is required. The flooring of the deck and the stairs are not needing painting. They will remain as they are. We need the undercoat oil applied, followed by the Snow White paint. The products already purchased. My living room and entry stairs are currently carpeted & tiled with concrete slab beneath. There are two separate 3.3m walls that need to have existing carpets re-laid against them. This task has arisen from a room being divided in two, with the carpet cut where the new wall has been built. Carpet will need new tack strip along the wall.
