Seeking quotes from a reliable tradesman for a Timber decking install in a flat area of 1.8m wide × 5m long (approx). The area is always under shade so leaning towards timber and also to keep the expense under budget. Suggestions welcome.

Sand back a deck which is approx 24sqm. Deck is currently partially painted with a dark varnish but needs to be sanded back.

My living room and entry stairs are currently carpeted & tiled with concrete slab beneath. I’m looking to have the carpet and tiles removed and the concrete beneath finished with a floor leveler (or similar) to create an industrial / polished concrete look. Hoping to have new tiles laid on both the living floor and entry stairs. This size of the space is approx. 20m2. Preference is for 600 x 600 travertine tiles (see photos for spec) in living and the same to be cut to fit the stairs. Grout preference would be for ~3mm. I am yet to purchase these so can discuss if there are concerns.

There are two separate 3.3m walls that need to have existing carpets re-laid against them. This task has arisen from a room being divided in two, with the carpet cut where the new wall has been built. Carpet will need new tack strip along the wall.

Would love someone to remove skirting boards in this small section, glue down these floors (they were loose laid and because this section isn’t level they move), put skirting boards back on.
