Find an experienced flooring expert in Windsor QLD

I would need a flooring installed by a 'suitably qualified contractor' per my body corporate lot improvement conditions. The area is ~8sqrm in an apartment building and I have already purchased the planks and underlay (see pictures for details). I can remove the existing carpet and existing carpet underlay myself. But I would need the wooden boards (with nails sticking out) removed, and the new underlay and laminate flooring installed. The laminate planks are 8mm thick, and new underlay is 2mm thick. The gap between the concrete and the bottom of the skirtings on the sides of the room looks to only be approximately 8mm, which may result in needing to have some of the excess skirting material cut off horizontally to fit both the new underlay and laminate planks underneath the skirting (from my understanding).

There is a burn mark on a carpet needs to be fixed. The mark is about 6 inch.

Replace 5 to 6 merbau timber decking lengths, that have rotted away, dispose of “old” timber, paint, install “new” timber decking, and punch nails. Require supply of merbau decking, have inter grain decking paint for painting.

Sand and polish timber kitchen and laundry floorboards. The kitchen is 5.0m x 3.65m and the laundry is 3.5m x 1.75m. Both rooms are completely empty. The kitchen floorboards are wider hardwood and the laundry floorboards are narrower.

Old carpet and underlay has already been removed. Lino flooring now needs to be laid in the kitchen, living area and bedroom. Work must be conducted by someone who can provide an invoice from a licensed contractor. Lino will be pre purchased. Very small unit. Approx 50sqm

Have had someone cancel on me on the last part of laying a hybrid flooring in my commercial business. Need someone to help with the edges and trim. Small section of tiles still to be removed. Trim also needs to be installed to tidy up area to another door. Have flooring and trim, but do not have a circular saw to finish this last part. Once this is done, will need help with some skirting boards, but that can wait as I don’t have this on site yet. Commercial business in Windsor. Approximately 65sqm of hybrid floor to be laid. Flooring to be provided. There will need to be some floor prep done as some of the underlying floor is new and even, some is going over existing pine wood and some is damaged and uneven from where tiles have been ripped out. We also have about 3sqm of hallway that existing hybrid will need to be ripped up and relaid to allow for consistent flow throughout.
