I have super old carpet in the living room in a granny flat and I would like to replace it with vinyl floor planks, but can’t do it myself! (I installed planks in the kitchen years ago and it was such a dodgy job).

I need the old skirting boards removed in the hallway and lounge without damaging the walls. Then 34 metres of new skirting boards need to be cut to size and nailed on to replace the old ones. I've attached a rough floor plan of the area.

I need a carpet laid in a 4m X 2m office room. I would like dual bond underlay (or similar) as this is a commercial property. I got the carpet, but not the underlay. To be laid on concrete floor that's flat enough and no other prep required. Also need interface between corridor hybrid flooring and the new carpet. Walls are plasterboard on 3 sides, render on one side. Fully ectangular room with no gimmicky corners. Would be great if you had leftover underlay from previous jobs so I don't have to buy a whole roll for the room. Sorry... Don't have photos, but hey, it's a 2m X 4m rectangle...

The edges are scooped, and I can provide new vinyl including allowance for wastages. The work needs to be inspected before we agree on the price. Your job includes collection of Vinyl from a store (likely to be Indooroopilly) and take them to the site and professionally lay them with your professional experience. The house is a very old one and floor is concrete.
