I’m looking for someone experienced to remove the existing mouldy silicone from my shower and replace it with new bathroom/wet-area silicone. Job includes: Remove all existing mouldy silicone (including both sides of the glass to the floor and wall) Thoroughly clean and prepare the surfaces Apply new mould-resistant sanitary silicone Reseal the relevant shower joints and corners Leave the area neat and professionally finished I’ve attached photos of the shower so you can assess the job. There’s been some leakage in the shower area of a bathroom, getting onto the tiles. We did a flood test, and the trace dye was seen escaping underneath the shower screen and onto the tiled bathroom floor - so just need the perimeter of the shower screen to be re-sealed. Maybe top up the grout some of the tiles if you think necessary. We probably also need the rubber seals on the glass screen components to be removed and replaced. There’s a bit of mould from moisture build up also so help to clean that off too would be good. The wall grouting is okay. Thanks so much!

Vinyl flooring which had a crack at the base of the shower, went to get it repaired and when the old vinyl was lifted up the waterproofing was glued to it so it has been compromised. Old vinyl left in place and a makeshift solution provided but desperately need the old vinyl lifted, re-waterproofed and new vinyl laid. I can organise the new vinyl laying separately but they can’t do the waterproofing. Must be certified.
