Find a local floorboard profesional in Ipswich

We're looking for a registered carpenter/builder to fix squeaking floorboard in main bedroom & entrance to main bedroom (as highlighted in photo). Had a carpet layer come by to remove the carpets and screw the current boards down, but that didn't work. Will now need someone to remove the boards as we think it may be the beams that needs re-screwing/fixing. Would prefer someone to come by, investigate and quote please. Squeaky floorboard is located in main bedroom upstairs, second level of townhouse. Would like to keep original carpet and have this put back down once floorboards fixed. Can organise carpet layer to remove and re-lay carpet if this can't be done by builder/carpenter. Located in Richlands, Brisbane.

Floors were cork, all cork and Masonite have been removed except around cabinets in kitchen. Need someone with access to a toe kick saw to cut the cork boards under the kitchen cabinets, I can remove cork and staples myself. From there I need someone to sand and polish the floors.

Realign and lay laminate boards, add padding to where original lino was cut and removed to pad out to ensure is level with rest of floor. This is only a small section approx 2.5 by 3 metres give or take - pratically all boards are down just need to realign to cover the section where the cupboard was and line up the existing flooring to meet the new cupboards. Can add images when get home to take them to help better explain.

Qualified floorboard installer needed for a ensuite (includes a walk in wardrobe). All materials will need to be included. -Floorboards -Underlay -Scotia -Door transition strip. Can organise a day for a quote/consultation and then set up a day for it to be completed. The room will need to be completed to a similar color to the rest of the rooms. Hoping to have one day for consult and day two for work and completion.

Looking for quote to have squeaky floorboards in upstairs level of townhouse fixed. Possibly 2-3 rooms only. Carpets will need to be removed and floorboards fixed. We have purchased one of those Squeak Repair kits and tried doing one floorboard only, but I think this will be bigger to fix on our own. And not sure if these kits will fix the issue. Have highlighted on attached photo the areas where it's very squeaky and would like fixed, as living area is located directly underneath. Would like someone to pop over to provide a quote as to how much to fix. Hoping we can re-use the current carpet in the property as we're only looking at doing a few rooms. Just need an installation of the floor boards asap. As i have an inspection. I have the floorboards already. Just need someone to take the old ones and replace with the new ones. The stains are not as big like in the picture.

One board of a hybrid flooring has been damaged and I'm seeking someone who can replace it. I have spare boards. Would like the finish to look like the last picture, with grey silicone. Only someone who has experience installing hybrid floors.
