I’m finishing off some renovations and want the floor to pop again. It’s in good condition however some areas require some TLC. Total about 100m2. I’m open to recommendations to make it warmer and cushioned for the feet ?

I need the deck oiled, it might need a little sanding at the front where the sun hits it. Please refer to photos. I can provide the product to oil but you will need to bring own sanding/ painting equipment. I would like it to be done this Sunday 2nd August or Saturday 8th August.
