Need to have a dog door installed for a 10kg dog through a timber door (pictured). Ideally someone who has done them lots of times before. The grout on our front porch needs totally replacing. It is 3m x 1.35m with 450mm tiles. There are also 2 tiles that need replacing (I have spare tiles). Looking for an experienced handyman to complete a few jobs around our house: Reinstall skirting boards in one bedroom, including cutting/fitting neatly around a new wardrobe - Hang one large painting - Replace 2 bedroom door handles with new handles (supplied) - Remove existing shelving from one bedroom and reinstall the same shelving in another bedroom - Patch/fill the wall where the shelving has been removed, ready for painting - Apply street number decals to our new letterbox, ensuring they are straight and evenly positioned We have the skirting, new door handles and letterbox decals already. Happy to pay an hourly rate as I’m not sure exactly how long everything will take. Offering $350 for up to 5 hours, then $70/hour for any additional time if required (to be agreed before continuing). Looking for someone experienced with skirting/carpentry who can do a neat finish. Please bring your own tools.

Just need someone to fix some paint that’s been pulled off a wall + a few other hook holes

Patching and plastering small repair to ceiling and larger holes inside and outside caused by aircon during until removal. First two photos are inside and outside photos of aircon repair. The largest hole is about 20cmx10cm on the inside (with small other holes to be filled) and smaller on the outside (but on the second story so a large ladder would be needed. 3rd photo is the ceiling repair which is Only small.
