Seeking an experienced painter/handyman. Scope of Works: 1. Small Plaster Repairs (6 total) - 3 wall, 3 ceiling repairs - Largest repair required approximately power point size (see photo) 2. Preparation for Painting - Light sanding of several existing small patch repairs - Protect kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring with drop sheets/protective coverings 3. Bathroom Ceilings - Paint both small bathroom ceilings - Apply white silicone where ceiling meets tiles once painting is complete 4. Kitchen Reno Touch-Ups - Paint all exposed surfaces remaining after recent kitchen renovation (refer to photos) 5. Wall Painting Apply one coat only to: - Hallways - Living room - Bedrooms x2 6. Skirting Boards - Paint skirting boards in living room and kitchn General Information: - Apartment size: 106m² internal - Paint and silicone supplied - Please bring your own equipment, including drop sheets, brushes, rollers, ladder, and any other tools required. The apartment was fully painted less than six months ago by the previous owners. The existing white has a slight yellow undertone, so this job is primarily a colour refresh, which is why only one coat is requested.

Fabric curtains were installed in the bedroom. The track they were attached to has been pulled down. They were up for several years. There is steel framework above the gyprock and some area is timber to screw the rail/ track, to the ceiling

Balcony door know is loose and ceiling cover has fallen off

Under the sink cupboard door has fallen off the wall need help repairing and putting back on

The curtain plastic runners are breaking and the curtain rod fixings to the ceilings are failing. Needs repair or maybe replacement. One curtain rod is about 3 m long and the second is 4.9m long. I will pay for the purchase of any new curtain tracks required. Must have curtain installation experience

installation of a dryer for wall mounting. need existing wooden slat removed and the re- attached to wall and then new brackets for the new dryer attached to existing or new wooded slat

Repair a bubbled bathroom ceiling in an apartment. Fix, patch, and paint to match. All materials to be supplied by the contractor. Photos attached.

Several small areas require plastering and gyprock repairs following some electrical works. There are: 3 x ceiling fan areas need bolt holes filled 2 x ceiling holes were cut for electrical installation, need the board replaced and patched (I have the pieces that were cut out) 2 x walls need patching, 1 hole next to new air con unit, one from a shelf falling down. I have additional gyprock sheets if required.

Experienced glazier to install shower screen 120 (w) x 1 (d) x 200 (h) cm. Weight 61 kg. Will require two people as it is very heavy (or we can provide help to move & hold in place). Ceramic and glass (photo attached). Shower screen clips as shown in photo (4). Could do tomorrow (Sun 15th March)

Roller of bottom end of Flyscreen Door needs replacement and then place the Flyscreen on its place in the door.

Mount IKEA Enhet frame & 3 floating shelves onto plaster walls. Also, put a fold away washing line onto a concrete wall. Some screws provided but can you provide others & add to salary. The shelf frame is already built.

Experienced Gyprocker - Patch and repair gyprock walls where tiles have been removed: kitchen splash back, laundry, bathroom and small shelf. Photos attached. Would need Mon or Tue.

Two waste drains on sink need replacing. Pipes cracked, not sealed properly, old and damaged. Whole thing from sink to floor may need to be done.

I need a corner shelf installed in each of the two showers. Currently it’s a vacuum shelf but I’d like to have them installed using screws as vacuum is not reliable. Prefer to use the same shelves I have.

I have an old AC type ceiling fan to remove and install a new Ventair DC3 ceiling fan. Need to know how much for total installation and labour cost.

The ceiling fan stopped working a bit can still hear it hum and power to it. Looked online and determined that most likely the problem due to a faulty capacitor. I need a qualified electrician to come, assess and replace the capacitor.
