I'm looking for someone to complete two minor handyman jobs: 1. Fix jammed ensuite sliding door The sliding door is currently out of alignment/not level. It opens approximately 2/3 of the way before the bottom of the door starts dragging against the floor and becomes stuck. I'm hoping this can be realigned/adjusted, but please be able to assess and repair the roller/track as required. Photos attached. 2. Replace stairwell downlight Replace one downlight/bulb located above the staircase. I already have the replacement bulb. The light is approx. 4.95 m above the bottom step, so you will need to bring your own appropriate ladder/access equipment suitable for use over a staircase. Photos attached for reference. Ideally looking for one person who can complete both jobs during the same visit. Please let me know in your offer if you have experience repairing sliding doors and have appropriate equipment to safely access the stairwell light.

Martec ceiling fan with integrated light (Model DLS1344W). Light is flickering and doesn't illuminate the room properly. Hoping to repair as opposed to buying a new fan light.

One of the top rollers is damaged and the bottom guides are worn out. The door is hard to slide and when the door is closed, there is a large gap between the doors that is causing leakage during the shower.

Remove current roller blinds and fixing points in wall and patch. Install new fixing points in window reveals for blinds.

Hole is approx 8cm x 12.5cm. Just need a piece of gyprock put in and finished off ready to paint. I can do final sanding.

Slow bathroom drain The drain is draining slowly and needs to be cleared/unblocked. Please inspect the cause and clear it properly. Drain cleaner can be used if appropriate. 2. Replace shower curtain The bathroom shower curtain is missing. Please measure/check the required size, purchase a suitable replacement and install it. 3. Clean marks/stains from walls There are multiple visible marks and stains on the walls. Please clean and remove as much as possible without damaging the existing paint. 4. Patch two small holes in the wall There are two small holes that need to be patched and made neat. Please advise whether they can be repaired without repainting the whole wall. 5. Reattach loose wallpaper There are several areas where the wallpaper has started peeling/coming away from the wall. These sections need to be carefully glued back down and made neat. Must glue and put 1.3 x 2.3 metre blind back in socket. We shall be there to assist and hold the blind, so it’s even on both sides to enable re tracking. Glue provided. My kitchen sink is completely blocked and the water is not draining. When I turn on the tap, the water backs up and rises in the sink. I have already tried drain-cleaning liquids and a plunger, but neither worked. Purchased 150cm wide x 210cm deep dual roller blinds. Tried to install but the screws are falling out of the plasterboard even with supplied white plugs. Need handyman to install properly into plasterboard, maybe with metal plugs or something else
