Need bathroom mould removed, re sealed and re grouted. Need screen put back in place. Need edges re sealed. One bathroom with others available if everything works out.

Scope of work required: 1. Remove all existing silicone sealant where the shower screen frame meets:    • Walls (internal and external)    • Tiled hob (internal and external, including base of frame) 2. Prepare and apply new continuous silicone sealing to all frame‑to‑wall and frame‑to‑hob joints, internally and externally, to ensure the shower is fully watertight 3. Use mould-resistant bathroom silicone, suitable for wet areas 4. Patch‑repair small areas of missing or discoloured white wall grout (cosmetic only) 5. Remove/repair/replace any grey epoxy grout on hob that has cracked/failed Additional information and background: Ensuite shower is leaking externally. Source is water tracking under the shower screen base frame, across the tiled hob, and escaping via a joint beneath the tiles (proved by temporarily sealing the gap under the shower screen base with tape — the leak stopped). Current condition: • Shower screen frame is mounted on an elevated tiled hob • Silicone sealant currently exists at the frame‑to‑wall joints (internal & external), some mould marks • At the base, the shower screen frame appears to be sealed only externally, with no visible internal sealing • Internally, the screen base sits almost flush with the vertical face of the hob • Unknown whether any sealant exists underneath the frame • Floor tile grout appears sound and is not to be disturbed • Wall grout is standard white cement grout • Hob grout is grey epoxy grout    - Wall grout repairs are not related to the leak    - No full wall regrouting required    - Hob epoxy grout to be left undisturbed unless a clearly failed joint is identified Important notes: • This is a targeted shower leak repair, not a bathroom renovation • No tile removal required • No floor regrouting required • No membrane or waterproofing work required • Please do not quote for full regrouting or renovations Looking for someone experienced in shower leak repairs or shower screen resealing, not general handyman work.
