Install double doors into an existing framed double door opening. Build new internal walls to: Divide one room into two rooms. Divide bathroom area into two sections. Include framing, insulation, plasterboard, skirting, 2 new door frames, doors, handles, and architraves. See attached plan where walls drawn in red are the new walls to be constructed. One wall will require removal of existing archway architrave (see attached photo). Reverse the swing direction of one existing door. Install 8 door stops. Remove existing vanity and mirror. Remove wardrobe shelving ( see image) External Carpentry Works: Convert an existing window opening ( approximately 2m wide into a sliding door opening ( approximately 2- 2.2m wide) and Install new sliding door. Build 2 external steps from the new sliding door opening. Remove 2 external window hoods/awnings. Replace 2 damaged palings. Plane bottom of front gate so it opens freely. Note- all existing framing timber with plaster walls ( tests have been done for asbestos and certificate can be provided to you)

I need an experienced carpenter or builder to assist with a few tasks at my Hendra townhouse (which is currently under renovation). This includes: - Replacement of kitchen skirting which was damaged when kitchen tiles where removed (see image). The kitchen cabinetry is to be repainted once repair is complete. - Assembly of small cover for NBN box from MDF (I already have the material to go) which will be placed against the wall. Once built I will then paint this white to match the walls (see image) - Fix of backdoor which currently jams when trying to close (and due to this the deadlock doesn't quite align with the catch. I can repaint the door once completed if needed - Install floating shelves in kitchen x 2 (see image attached).
