Hi, We are in a small office building and need one of our office doorknobs replaced with a lockable one. We have already bought the new lockable doorknob; it just needs to be installed. We have also purchased a brush strip door seal that we need installed on the bottom of that door. Lastly, we need two small and one medium-sized artwork piece hung up around the office. We do not have a picture hanging kit. I have attached photos to help.

A few handyman fixes required before 12pm tomorrow at my ground floor unit in Milton: * Toilet roll holder is loose - my partner tried to fix it but says the screw is lodged in and he can't get it out - will need to re drill through tile but he was hesitant to do that as he's never done it before - and we don't have the right screws for it. Will need to bring screws and comfortable drilling tile / have installed toilet roll holders before. * TV stand is not screwed to the TV - lost the screws and don't know what size to use - would suit if you have a selection of screws on you to try out please. * Remove and install a new small clothes line (similar to existing) On site visitor and street parking available.

Replace fly screen on door. Quick and easy

We have a 4m x 3m storeroom with an unlined ceiling. There are no wires or obstuctions. I have sound insulation battens and just need someone to stuff them into the joists. It is to help with noise proofing between floors. Doesn't need to look pretty as it is a storeroom. Easy job. Needs doing ASAP.

Blocked sink, replace a chain on the blinds which has snapped in half (the metal one with bobbles), wardrobe door not sliding and superglue dishwasher panel back onto the door.
