Hi, an external doorknob is not closing properly - the latch is not sitting in the frame. The doorknob is working properly and turning with the key. Please see pictures. Would like to get the door to close properly. Thanks

My ceiling fan is making a scraping noise when it is turned on and it is driving me crazy. Everything works fine with it; it looks very balanced when on. Just a really annoying noise.
