Find an experienced handyman in North Brisbane

This will be installed onto a bricklayed wall so will need equipment for drilling. Ideal if I could get offers from someone experienced with these canopy installation

I have an X-Pole that needs to be installed. I’m after someone who knows how to install one of these or is handy enough to work it out. It’s said to be really easy and there more than 100s of tutorials on YouTube, I just don’t have the mental strength to do it again. It’s pressure applied, no nuts and bolting required.

Service shower doors to open and close smoothly. It works fine at the moment, but it is stiff and harder to move than it should be. What do you recommend?

I have a Balinese mirror which is dark gray in color and I want a good painter to repaint it to walnut oak color. I can supply the Colors

(A) Driveway gate - Re-secure (several) loose panels to look straight like the others. Remove loose nails. (B) Driveway gate - This gate used to have a working wheel on it. But now it does not open/close smoothly and we need to lift it to open and close it. Please recommend how to repair this. Perhaps a new wheel? or another way? What do you recommend? Just something simple. We do not want a new gate. Please include your solution for this with your price. (C) On the SideGate on the other side of the house - secure the loose panels only.

The white lattice (criss-cross wood) on both sides of the stairs is not secure. At the moment each side is joined to one wooden stake into the ground, and loosely joined at the top and bottom poles of the stair rail. This needs to be stable. For example: it needs to be secure incase a child falls against it. Also, ensure nails are not protruding on the stair side. This job is to either secure the existing panels, or remove and replace them with something cost-effective that you recommend. If you recommend replacing, then please provide a photo or product name & description of what you propose. Remove all rubbish and removed pieces from site.

This kitchen cabinet corner-door has two pieces, with extra hinges between them. This used to be common. Some of the hinges need adjusting, and some need re-secured or moved to a new location where the wood is not deteriorated (from the screw holes etc). Please quote to repair and adjust so that this door opens and closes correctly.

I've selected a wall where I want this shelf mounted, however, I'm unsure of the location of the wall studs for secure mounting. I'm looking for someone with the right tools and expertise to come over and install this shelf properly.

I need the old brown pavers lifted and removed plus dumped and replaced with new grey pavers which will be supplied. Some may need to be cut to fit so you will need a tile/paver cutter. Offer is for labour. A dump pass is included. This is a flat rate, will not pay hourly rates etc. it is only 10 to 12 pavers. Small job.
