Find an experienced handyman in Aspley

I need the front plastering fix- long story but last hired person left it like this. House inspection Monday. Can be basic and patched but need this to look presentable please. Was booked for today and he cancelled was due from 10am. So really stuck

Hoping to get someone to install 50inch electric fireplace underneath TV. It needs to be built into the wall. Power is already where it needs to be. The wall was built specifically for the fireplace to be installed, so hopefully a relatively quick and easy task for someone who knows what they’re doing :) Hoping for someone who has done this before as I think there’s a knack to them. Scope of Work: 1. Remove and replace rotted timber fascia and soffit/eaves linings above the rear balcony sliding doors. 2. Check rafters behind fascia for any internal rot and repair if necessary. 3. Replace or reseal gutter and downpipe connection (currently leaking and causing overflow). 4. Ensure correct fall on guttering and watertight joins. 5. Prime and paint all new timber with exterior-grade paint. 6. Clean up all waste from site. The existing downpipe has signs of moss, the fascia is badly decayed, and the gutter may need partial or full replacement depending on assessment. Photos are included for reference. Pet door installation into glass door

To fix 1st Gen Playstation 3 YLOD. Its turning off when i switch on.

My sliding door rail has worn out and it won't slide properly anymore. I think replacing the rail/housing would do the trick. The screen door handle is no longer working, and needs to be replaced.

My 85yo mum purchased a small garden shed on Amazon. The assembly is way beyond mums capacity. Not rocket science, just needs someone with this experience. Shed is 161 x 89 x 161cm. Easy access in carport. Mum lives in a gated community.

We are looking for someone to repair an internal sliding door. The door hangs on a track above the doorway and slides on large ball bearings which we still have. I think the track may have lifted off the wall a little, causing the door to not slide cleanly. We would like someone to ensure the track is properly secured to the wall, rehang the door and get it running smoothly.
