Looking for someone to: - Take a look at a cavity door - wheel on one of the roller hangers has come off, currently working fine but looking to replace the roller with the missing wheel - Fix a leaking shower (seal at the base of the door isn't working, water is getting out onto the floor) - Readjust a pantry cupboard that isn't sitting right on the hinges - Take a bin and some material to the dump

The hinges on the old new door need to be removed and re screwed in to match the existing rebated area. Also a new indentation for the strike plate as the door handle is in a different place.

3 small holes need to be fixed in the plaster board Fixed/sanded/painted Biggest hole is about 100mm square Need done before next Friday Please offer a price and I will post photos tomorow

I need a folding clothes line installed onto a fence. I haven't bought it yet but I will buy one from Bunnings once it's agreed which one might be most suitable to be installed. There is also a big chalkboard on the fence where I want it put up. Happy for this to come down if it needs to.

Bedroom air-conditioning unit seems to just be outputting warm air, not cold..... Seeking someone with air-conditioning nouse to check connections and settings and I'm confident it will be a simple fix, both other vents in the apartment are working perfectly tly.
