2x standard doors and frames to be painted 1x bulkhead to be gyprock / plastered and painted. 3x bi-fold doors to be painted

Cut supplied 2400mm x 1200mm plastic lattice screens to fit between metal pergola posts (posts are 50 mm square) Attach supplied metal frame to pergola posts (will require cutting to fit) Insert lattice into metal frame

When pulling out the adhesive tape, paint chipped out. Hence, requesting for assistance to make a clean fix. (Happy to negotiate).

I need 2 towles racks hung up, 1 is just in a standard plasterboard wall and the 2nd is into a aprrboundary wall so it is plasterboard onto cement cinder blocks so need mason drill bits Also need 2 ikea peg boards hung up also into the masonry walls

Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprock repairer to inspect and repair a section of wall in my apartment. The plasterboard appears to have bowed and is no longer  stuck studs behind it as the glue has given way. This is an issue that has also occurred in other apartments within the building. The cabinet on the photos is not attached on the wall. The affected area is approximately 1.5m x 1.5m will require removal and replacement of the damaged pice of plasterboard, sanding, and painting.

Need to replace 3 ceiling fans and replace with new fans. 4 down lights (same switch) aren’t working, and would like this rectified. Budget is for Labour - Not for buying fans and down lights

Part of the wall sheeting has been water damaged and has buckled. Will need to be replaced.
