Install 2 x sensory swing mounts into concrete ceilings - garage ceiling and outdoor area ceiling.

Installation of Perma Child Gate products (1 x Superior Swing Baby Gate (top of stairs, hardware mounted), 1 x Safe Step Baby Gate (bottom of stairs, pressure mounted) - see photos). The gate at top of stairs is hardware mounted and will need to navigate around skirting board (preferably position the hinge higher into the half wall instead of the skirting - drywall anchor is supplied).

Looking for a licensed electrician to install 2x ceiling fans. It is a replacement of the existing ones.

Damaged boundary wall - rendering and painting over.

We have a small hole/puncture in our stainless-steel kitchen sink that needs to be professionally repaired before we move out of our rental. It currently has a temporary filler over it, as shown in the photo. We need someone experienced with stainless-steel sink repairs who can remove the temporary patch and complete a neat, durable and watertight repair. Ideally, the finished repair should be as inconspicuous as reasonably possible. Please advise how you propose to repair it and whether your offer includes all materials. We would prefer to repair the existing sink rather than replace it, if possible.

Hi all! We got curtains from “shady blinds” and need to have them put up. 4 curtains across 3 rooms. I’m not sure how long this will take and if you need a stud finder? But I trust that you’ll know :) Curtains are s fold and to be hung below cornice (2.5ish height). They are currently in boxes. I also have 2 frames I’d love to get put up at the same time :)

Large hole/damage to wall at end of bath. The wood is quite thin, possibly masonite with white waterproof coating or paint on the bath side. Work required is either replace with new panel and paint or plaster, repair and paint damaged area. Please see photos attached.
