Need a 920 door jamb installed (supplied by you) and door hung 920x2040x35. Door, hinges and handle all provided. Internal door. This is not a straightforward install. Door opening is 930mm. Opening depth is ~175mm. Opening height is 2050 floor yet to be laid. Likely plasterboard removal required for door jam size only to create space needed and expose wood frame. Existing frame made by stud wall standard wood frame. Recommend site visit first.

2 x existing fans to be replaced with Claro Whisper DC 58 inch fans. The new fans have remote controls. Also need the 2 wall switches for the existing fans and lights replaced - supply the switch and install too. Photos of fans and switches uploaded. You must be a current licensed electrician and show me your license. I will need a receipt with your license number. This is so that the fan’s warranties are covered. Retainer wall is 2 planks high, about 18 inches. 3 planks long totalling about 24feet in length. The roots have pushed the planks loose. I have been told that it’s repairable. The job would likely require some trimming of excess roots also.
