Issue: Previous owners glued the latch so the door can be pushed closed and opened without turning the handle. The current door knob does not function. What needs to be done: - Remove glued latch and clean up the door edge - Assess and repair latch cavity if needed - Install a new passage door knob set (no lock required), I will supply the new hardware - Ensure the door closes and latches smoothly

We've just upgraded our kitchen sink and need someone to connect the waste pipes properly. The sink is already installed and we’ve got all the parts here – it’s a double P-trap setup.
