Issue: Previous owners glued the latch so the door can be pushed closed and opened without turning the handle. The current door knob does not function. We've just upgraded our kitchen sink and need someone to connect the waste pipes properly. The sink is already installed and we’ve got all the parts here – it’s a double P-trap setup. The job is really just: Cutting and connecting the waste pipes to suit the new sink position A bit of adjustment to the existing setup (the old waste was slightly further back) Sealing everything up properly The fall looks fine and everything lines up pretty well – it's a small, tidy job for someone who knows what they’re doing. Repair to metal driveway gate. Damage caused by vehicle accidentally reversing into it at low speed. Gate now has minor bend and small crack in metal. It is electrically operated and the track and motor appear undamaged.
