I attempted to install a Chamberlain Roller Lift Plus on my Roller Door. When testing the up/down after install, the door ballooned and got off track. I would love someone to bring the door back into working order and install the Chamberlain opener

There is a roller shield on the inside of the kitchen window. The mechanisim is not functioning so the shield can't be wound up. So it is closed. The winder goes one way (left) but does nothing and then when it turns right it is jammed.

Install supplied dog door to internal door. Supply and replace rotted fence cross beam.

Remove and replace door handle. I can’t get the spindle out or the door handle I want removed for some reason. I have followed numerous instructions and videos but I’m obviously missing something and I will kick myself later I’m sure 🤦🏼‍♀️ I already have my new door handle to replace it with. This is an internal door handle. The photos attached are of the door handle I am trying to remove.

Hi. Need a wall mounted clothes line re lines. Line will need to be provided. Location is Gordon Park

Install a soffit/eaves vent to terminate a 100mm duct from a bathroom exhaust fan. The duct is currently fed into the soffit space above the proposed location of the vent. **Note this soffit surface is on a 3rd story roof. See pictures (2 story house with storage area below). Measures ~8.5m from the ground surface to the soffit surface. Access is down the pictured steps from a garage.** Tasker would need to supply own ladder to reach this soffit, as well as appropriate tools to drill/cut a round hole in the soffit (size reguired 110mm per instructions on vent), attach provided vent to the ducting with the provided ducting clamp and then secure with screws to the soffit board. Ducting from the fan has been run into the soffit space and is accessible by reaching through the created hole hole into soffit space and retrieving it so it can then be attached to the vent. Materials pictured (Vent, hose clamp) and appropriate wood screws are provided to facilitate completion of the task. This job would suit someone comfortable with cleaning gutters, accessing roofs, or doing other tasks at this height. Price Negotiable within reason. Need 6x holes from old lights in ceiling to be patched. Also need about 3 meters of cornice (with 4 internal corners and 4 external corners) installed in shower/bathroom.
