I am moving out soon and will be renting my apartment. I need a full interior prep and paint of walls and ceilings in the kitchen, lounge, both bedrooms and bathroom/toilet room. The current paint job is cracking and there are several holes that need to be patched. Also. due to a water leak (scheduled to be repaired this week) I will need significant patching and sealing of the concrete in the kitchen as well.
