A day of internal painting

Our verandah walls have surface mould (that wipes off) and looking to have it removed/cleaned properly so it doesn't come back. We clean every few months with warm sugar soap water and it wipes off easily, but it eventually comes back

Deck is currently painted and I would like it restored back to its natural wood with a stain. There is some damage to some wood panels that I would also like fixed if possible (see second image)

Big old Queenslander house which is a boarding house. May I state that the boarding house is quiet and safe. Caterers for Males over 45 years of age and there is onsite management. The general area rooms and corridors walls and ceilings need a spring clean. Walls and Ceilings are 3m high, so some ladder work required. - Due date: Flexible
