I’m looking for an experienced handyman or flooring installer to complete the finishing work on newly installed vinyl sheet flooring. Scope of works: • Supply and apply white sanitary-grade silicone/caulking around the perimeter of the vinyl flooring in: • Ensuite (5.60m²) • Main bathroom (6.37m²) • Laundry & powder room (4.35m²) • Caulk neatly around all fixtures, including: • Toilet • Vanity • Bath • Shower areas • Walls/skirting (where required) • Supply 3 push-in drain covers/grates suitable for the pre-cut vinyl drain openings (1 per wet area). • Install and neatly silicone/caulk around each drain cover to create a tidy, watertight finish. Requirements: • Please supply all silicone, drain covers and any other required materials. • Experience with vinyl flooring and wet areas is preferred. • Must leave a clean, neat, professional finish.

I've tried to repair, though needs to be done properly and sanded down. Have paint.

At the time of the inspection, it was noted that the back sliding window in the master bedroom was stiff to operate. This may be due to general wear and tear. A building maintenance professional could be engaged to assess the window and replace any affected parts.
